thanks for your reply. Paddle blender used for batch type process.for blender discharge cylinder operated discharge nozzle is used below that we use hopper with screw conveyor which will be bolted to blender . ■

A screw conveyor used to discharge from a batch blender will usually have a reduced pitch section under the mixer outlet, sized to control the discharge rate, followed by a full pitch conveying section of length to convey the required distance. Fuller details of the application are needed to construct a full specification. ■
