Do you have a need to measure and control powder impurities, i.e. specks on-line? Branscan supplies image analysis systems to to the cereals milling world for this purpose, but is keen to evaluate applications in other industries. Please advise of any likely applications within yours. Many thanks.

Thanks for your interest, I'll send the info shortly.

For the benefit of others reading this, I would like to clarify my original question.

Branscan systems have already found the following applications:

1) Measurement of bran in wheat flour

2) Enumeration of brown and black specks in durum semolina

3) Ditto maize grits

4) Crude fibre prediction in common wheat

5) Impurity quantification in sugar

6) Process impurity quantification in starch / glutenj manufacture.

There are likely many other application in the food, chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries where Branscan could add value to operations.

However at this time, these application remain unexploited. If therefore you are aware of any potential application please share this with us so that we may look to evaluate them within the forum.
