Valve selection

Dear sir,

We are collecting the dust that contains little bit amount of metal chips size of 1-5 mm thick. we are using Rotary valve in preseperator and its getting jammed due to this metal chips. please suggest me the right valve for this application.

Dear Mohan,

I guess pendulum flap valve is better for this application. ■

I would suggest a rubber flap valve similar to this one.
