If you define "recently" you stand a better chance. What was bag life before "recently"? What have you changed upstream to begin "recently"? Something else must have happened recently because bags don't just start failing for no reason if they lasted well in the early days.
Of course the air blast could have gone astray & is blowing the bags to bits. You should have an O & M Manual somewhere though.
Customers demand 6 hard copies of manuals & then hide them in the gatehouse, canteen store, garage toilets & so on. ■

Pulsing system
hello all,
this is sushil, working in a carbon black company in India. in Carbon black manufacturing process, the contaned gas is filtered out in filter baghouse. this filter bag house consists of filter bags for filtration. its a pulsing type bag filter and bag material is membrane fabric.
recently we are facing heavy bag leakage.
can anyone help me out in findng out what is the reason behind the bag leakage? what are the causes of bag failure?
