We are currently working on an innovation project which is about dust avoidance during the unloading process of bulk materials. The project is a so called "LEAD User Project", which means that we are looking for very advanced users who are interested in participating in the product development process (for further information please contact our websited www.lead-innovation.com).
For once, we are looking for people in the target market and also for people in analogous fields, who are able to see parallels between their field and maritime cranes. We are looking for a new solution to avoid dust, ideally directly at the crane clamps. Of course, however, other solutions are imaginable, for instance a solution which is part of the bulk-material-ship. The highlight of the project will be a workshop in Hamburg, where five users from the target market and five users from analogous fields will work on a new concept.
Consequently, I wanted to ask you what your current dust avoidance techniques are and if you are satisfied with them the way they are. Furthermore, I would be interested whether you have considered new ways of how to reduce or avoid dust. Maybe you have new ideas or you even have already found a new solution to this problem on your own? In any case, I would be glad for a short reply to discuss the drawbacks of the current technologies as well as potential solutions! You can call me at +43 1 929 40 38 or send me an E-Mail at reingruber@lead-innovation.com .
In case you might not be the right person for those questions I would also be glad for any contacts of people you could give me such as experts in the field you know or people who you deem interested in this topic. Thank you!
Innovation Project Dust Avoidance
