Dear Vettri,
based on that scarce information, you might consider
a) passive dust proof housing for power system (heat issue?!)
b) active dust filter system / housing for power system
The nature of the failure is not to be understood, pls. clarify:
Do fans / motor bearings fail? Does bridging on contacts occur due to dust aggregating? Does elec. switchgear o. e. fail?
Sthg else?

Dust from fly ash is understandable. You know this before you start, or what?
You must talk to a dust control company.
Have you checked the deposited dust on the roof trusses? ■
