Do & Dust

Dust, when settled, is under control.

Airborne solids are under the influence of gravity and the air current. CFD might be a better quest.

Thanks

However do you have any reference for simulation of bulk material flow and dust with CFD?

the flow of bulk material in the air should be modeled, the impact of bulk material with the bed should be modeled and dust becoming airborne then become settled...

all of these situation can be modeled with CFD alone successfully?

Only the air flows. Solids are carried by flowing air. When the velocity drops so might the suspended solids drop. That is why CFD is far more relevant.
