Bag cleaning system

We are having problem about designing of jet pulse for bag cleaning system, please give me an information about the calaulation of compressed air requiredment, solenoid valve size as well as the configuration of blow pipes.

There is quite a bit more to consider than the (3) elements you mentioned. If you have no prior experience with fabric filters, I suggest you go to a local supplier and let him give you the benefit of his experience by quoting you the right unit for your application.

Suprisingly, not everything can be calculated according to an equation in a book.

While not a filter designer, I would suggest you build a prototype filter unit, test it, and see what reverse jet pressure and volume you need to clean the bags. This is probably what companies did who sucessfully make and supply filter units. You should not expect such details as asked for to be provided by those who make their living designing and selling dust filters.

Alternatively, as Jack has suggested, purchase a complete unit from an established manufacturer.
