Cuts Production Time In Half
The Problem
Often, Powder Paint equipment clean-down time is extensive and frequent due to the required color changes. Historically, existing old-style Centrifugal Sifters and flat deck screeners are time consuming to dismantle, clean and reassemble. This often resulted in extremely long and labor intensive clean downs with costly time consuming production downtime.
The Solution
The Kek Centrifugal Sifter with Cantilever Design. A large Powder Paint Manufacturer in Texas has reduced its labor requirements by half through the purchase of Kek Centrifugal Cantilever Sifters.
How? The previous sifters required two operations working on different shifts, one to process the powder and one to clean the machines.
