Calculation of Costs for Passing Suez Canal

Need to know how to make calculation cost passing Suez Canal..

Dear friends,

I want to know how to calculate cost if a vessel passing / transit Suez canal and Panama canal.

As example pls use ship data below :

Deadweight - 72,756 mt

Scantling Draft - 13.461m SW

LOA - 223.700m

Beam - 32.200m

Panama Canal DWAT - 60,300 MT on 39'6" TFW

TPC - 65.8 MT

Constants - 650 MT Excl. F.W.

GRT - 38,077

NRT - 24,124

Suez - GROSS 39,752.54 - NET 36,582.59 - I.D. No. 020004

Panama - GROSS 40,470 - NET 32,623 - I.D. No. 786314

Some recent threads have drifted to far into Naval Architecture but this offering takes a biscuit.

Asking for rates of passage through the Suez by some one purporting to be in the shipping business can be answered thus: ASK THE SUEZ CANAL COMPANY! ■

No, Gary, you are right, it was not.

All Moderators have the right to delete a post if they think it should be deleted.

John, do you have Moderator rights? Please let me know.

I delete so many posts before they become visible that sometimes I want to give up.
