Can anyone tell me what the rule of thumb is for calculating operational costs for constituents in this industry? Specifically, I am hoping to find out, in genereal what is the average % of operating costs (total, inclusive of energy, maintenance, repair, etc) as it relates to annual revenues. For instance if annual revenues are $100M, is it fair to assume that 50% of the annual budget would be reserved for the operational budget? ■
