Derek Geldart is running a 4 day course in April on ‘Getting started in Powder Technology’ at Harrogate. See www.powderresearch.co.uk. This would seem to be a useful start for any newcomer to the subject. Another item that may be useful is the ‘Glossary of Terms in Powder and Bulk Technology’ that I prepared for the British Materials Handling Board.
