Bad Homburg, 11 April 2008 – The new website of the European Flexible Inter-mediate Bulk Container Association (EFIBCA) is online (www.efibca.com). The web pages have been completely revised and introduce a new corporate design. They aim at informing about the association as well as FIBCs and their safe use. Members have access to an intranet offering various information as to the FIBC market, relevant legislation and standardisation. The relaunch follows the reor-ganisation of EFIBCA that appointed IK – the German Plastics Packaging Asso-ciation – as new Secreatariat at the beginning of 2008. EFIBCA will present its new strategy at the Open Meeting 2008 taking place at the Interpack in Düsseldorf, Germany, on 25 April 2008.
Founded in 1983, EFIBCA is the European trade association of manufacturers and distributors of FIBCs and their suppliers - leading the field on quality, safety, product development and service. EFIBCA accepts members from all countries provided applicants are able to fulfil the standards of membership.
