Any suggestions for a low cost, sturdy mobile rig that could be used to support a big bag discharging premixed sand/cement mortars, renders or screeds into a continuous mixer?

Much depends on the site dimensions and resources. If a fork lift is available, it only requires a frame to accept the loops. For a mobile frame to discharge into a mixing plant it is obviously important to establish the discharge height.

The equirer is seeking a low cost solution, so it may be best to enquire with a local fabricator, if sufficient experience is available to ensure safety and reliable performance. Otherwise, competative quotations should be secured from the many suppliers of this form of equipment.

I SUGGEST YOU CONSIDER A BAZOOKA TUBE CONVEYOR MADE BY DSS EQUIPMENT. iT IS A TOWABLE, TUBE CONVEYOR MOUNTED TO A HOPPER WITH KNIFE BLADE AND DUST COLLECTOR.

I BELIEVE THIS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENT.
