Design of Sluice Valve

Can I find references or relevant literature to design sluice flap valve (air lock) for the following conditions?

a. High capacity discharge (500 to 800 tons/hour)

b. Material is highly abrasive and sticky

d. Shall be exposed to a temperature of 100 deg C maximum

I would suggest that you need an experienced designer for this equipment. Dealing with 'sticky' materials needs some quantification of surface contact conditions and the rate quoted begs the question of whether the feed is continuous at the capacity stated, in which case divertes and twin systems may be needed. I would think that it would take a courageous or foolhardy person to take on this design without experience, as any published data will not provide the detail so essential to good performing equipment
