You cannot ask a question like this unless you first
establish a dialog with someone in the business.
I would strongly suggest that you contact the American Sugar Growers Association
to learn how to properly manage and process high sucrose sugars.
It would be better for you to come to the United States to visit with the
ASGA headquarters to understand more about sugars.
ALL the lab work in the world will not help you manage this unless you
start at the beginning beginning at planting to harvesting to processing
where the formulating of sugars is done prior to packaging all the while
maintaining cleanliness to produce sugars and cane molasses for
human consumption. ■
The Solution for Different Crystal Sugar
Hi Everyone,
Now i want to seek solution for crystal sugar, if somebody can help to check how to
make crystal sugar size(mm) : 0.45~1.25 percent 80% to break to 0.25~0.85 percent
up to 80%, and below 0.25mm is less than 10%?
i use Swiss equipment to test, i think use mechaincal break soltuion is not easy to find the solution.
If anybody have experience?
