Dear Geospheres,

We manufacture size reduction equipment to pulverize and classify many materials less than 6 Moh’s Hardness to well-defined particle size specifications down to the D50 = 10 micron range. The Air-Swept Classifier Mill, in particular, is considered by most size reduction specialists to be the most energy-efficient “single-stage” size reduction system available - providing high product output at the narrowest narrow particle size distribution using the least energy.

We provide technical consultation in size reduction and particle size distribution control, preliminary proposals, laboratory testing and scale-up to the final engineering proposal. Please visit our website at www.cms-can.com.

Kind regards,

There are a lot of grinding suppliers available on the market – of course not all of them are involved in fibre grinding. Especially this process needs to be a more detail information about your material and the follow up process condition. To evaluate an effective grinding process the feed size and even the final particle size are essential. Your indicate a wet grinding process which reflect a high fines request for the final material. In advance, there are a generous information about wet grinding process. This grinding step needs to be a much finer feed particle size compare to a dry matter based grinding process.
