How to set the temp for multi dryer

Dear all, I work with the PSA company. Our production line run both of silicone & adhesive coating. We have 2 compact dryer for silicone coating & 3 compact dryer for adhesive coating. Our machine made by BMB , each compact dryer lenght 3 meters. Can all of you teach me how to set the dryer for get the best result. I mean good silicone curing , good adhesive curing with low moisture content in the adhesive after passed the dryer. How to set the temp or each zone. What the factor & formula to set the dryer. I'm less experience on this. Please help me. Sorry my english is not good.

I may be wrong but I think your question may be a bit specialised for a general bulk handling forum.

What you appear to be asking is how to adjust the process control of a drying operation to optimise the performance of the your product.

You really need to ask a specialist in your particular process technology, but my guess would be that this is the sort of information most other manufacturers of your particular product will see as part of their proprietary technology and will be reluctant to pass on to their competitors.

I understands your point.

I try to get the answer form the particular process technology but still not have the answer.
