"Pennsylvania Crusher manufactures the Bradford Breaker.
The "Bradford Breaker" model crusher has been in service since
1905 and is still available for purchase from "Pennsylvanis
Crusher" as they have offices worldwide.
The "Bradford Breaker" has few moving parts and a continous
screening system installed in a rotating drum which lifts the
material to be broken and use gravity to break and screen the
run of mine material as it is fed into the "Bradford Breaker".
The Bradford has the capacity and size to allow for complete
screening and eliminating screens with multiple decks or
additional screens for the screening plant as it is available in two
models.
The Bradford Breaker is powered by a gearbox drive with double
row roller chains in an oil bath at a low number of revolutions per
minute through the gear and chain drive.
The screen panels inside the Bradford Breaker are individually
replaceable with little down time and it eliminates the need for a
inclined screen.
