'Top of the shop' is their KEK Air Classifier Mill (ACM) launched into the UK market at last year's PPMA show. This new mill extends Kemutec's fine grinding capability. Kemutec are specialists in size reduction offering a comprehensive package of ACM's, Universal Mills, Cone Mills and Kibbler pre-breaker mills of which examples of each will be available for inspection.
Another major area of Kemutec's expertise is size classification. The company was an early pioneer of the centrifugal sifting concept and today all of their sifters are of that type. Their latest KEK centrifugal sifters have cantilevered drive shafts which eliminates one set of bearings and seals. This simplifies the internals offering high levels of hygiene and easier cleaning.
As always, the MUCON range of valves is expected to attract much attention. Particularly the robust, compact and competitive power operated Series ADP valves and the Series JS Valves that have been specifically designed for controlling the discharge from bulk bags (FIBC's). In addition to the Iris Diaphragm and Disc types, Mucon now offer a range of high quality Butterfly valves for applications in the pharmaceutical, dairy and food industries. The Mucon line up will be completed by examples from their ranges of discharge aids and paddle switches.
