At 1.3kgs-1 you will certainly find a reliable vertical shaft feeder for powder applications. However such a feeder will probably need a bin outlet to match and the material should be sized sufficient to eliminate surges caused by any larger lumps, provided that those lumps will not bridge the outlet. What is the material specification, feed rate tolerance and receiving equipment? ■

various materials maybe used with this vibrating feeders and they will be installed under hopper and feed material from hopper to belt conveyor.
materials may used:
Lime: size of material 15-60mm and bulk density=1 t/m3
Dolomite: size of material 5-15mm and bulk density=1.5 t/m3
As I know for low capacity most people use electromagnetic feeders,
However I would like to know if there is a person who has experienced this low capacity with unbalance vibrating motor? ■
