K-Tron Announces Changes in Sales and Marketing Responsibilities
Niederlenz (Switzerland), January 20, 2011 – In order to support its continued growth as a turnkey systems based supplier of bulk material handling equipment K-Tron Process Group has announced the following change in its sales management structure.
Robert M. Barnett assumes the position of Vice President of Global Marketing with immediate effect. Mr. Barnett has held various sales and marketing positions within the K-Tron group, both in America and Great Britain. He has over 40 years of experience at K-Tron and is ideally suited to formulate and lead K-Tron marketing activities as it expands its global systems presence.
Also with immediate effect, Richard J. Poole assumes the position of Vice President of Global Sales previously held by Mr. Barnett jointly with Global Marketing. Mr. Poole has over 20 years of experience with K-Tron, including various sales and marketing positions within K-Tron group in Great Britain, America, Germany and Switzerland. Mr. Poole will be concentrating on strengthening and coordinating the K-Tron global sales network.
These changes in responsibilities reflect the need for K-Tron to increase and strengthen its sales and marketing activities in order to continue to maintain it’s strong growth as a systems specialist. Mr. Barnett and Mr. Poole will be reporting directly to Kevin Bowen, President of K-Tron Process Group.
