Notes:

1.MTC should be provided alongwith third party inspection according to EN

10204/3.1.C or 3.2

2.General requirement as per ASTM A 530/530M & A 1016/ 1016M (for A 209 GR

T1)

3.The outside of pipes must be protected against rust and must be capped at

both ends with plastic caps.

4.The tubes should be tested hydrostatically as per applicable standards.

5.Material, Size, Heat No & Purchase order No. should be hard stamped/marked

on each piece at both ends.

6.The tubes should be properly packed to avoid damages during

transportation/handling at KPT & transported through open top container.

7.Country of origin European or Japan.

8.End Use. 30 TON/HR Boilers.

Note: The suppliers should categorically confirm our technical requirement by

mentioning “YES” or “NO” against Sr. No. 1 to 7.
