We are making enquiry about Road Mobile Cement Loaders.

We are a small cement plant in The Gambia, West Africa and

we are planning to import bulk cement.

We are looking for a mobile cement unloader to speed up our operation.

Our port can handle ships between 5000 to 7000 mt of cement per shipment.

We are looking for a mobile unloader that can be move from the Port to the Cement

plant when the process of unloading is complete.

Dear Edrisa Jatta,

I am sure my friend Teus will offer very good advice but until then;

we need to know more about your port system and whether you are

transloading from a bulk freighter or cement barge to pneumatic

tankers before we go any further.

A fleet of pneumatic cement only lorries will work for this

using a trailer mounted vacuum system to load the lorry trailers

OR by simply using one pnuematic tanker to transfer the cement from

the ship/barge by changing a pneumatic pipe connection on the trailer to suction

the cement clinker into the trailer to be filled by the pressure gradient created

through the empty trailer filling it and then to the trailer being used as the

sourse of pressure gradient for the transfer.

No cement will be lost as the trailer being used to create the pressure gradient will also be closed

until it is filled with the cement coming from X number of transfers of cement into the trailer fleet.
