We are about to convert an existing 1.200 t/h grain shiploader (loading with a dusty spreader/thrower bellow) into a dust-free loader.
We envisage a new telescopic loading spout connected to the new*horizontal boom with an hydraulic kick-in kick-out mechanism for*changing hanging angles abt 45 degrees to the right and left.
This is needed to achieve good trimming of the grain load under the hatches for safety.
These variable angles create additional loads and moments, and therefore need to recalculate the new loads and redesign some parts of the crane including the boom, spout, winch, etc. and strenghen the main structure.
We are urgently looking for the right CONSULTANT /DESIGNER to advise us regarding the matter....
with good references and experience in the design and drawing of bulk shiploaders .
