It is better if you mention product size of the crusher, which equally affects the crusher size & available models.
It is also necessary to mention brief characteristics of overburden i.e. what kind of earth / material it is.

The Roll Crusher in question should give a finished product size of about -300mm or 12" With max infeed of 1.5m cube with a tonnage between 2-3000cube meters per hour. The material being processed is Mud Stone Overburden ■

Dear Simon Pearson,
The crusher required by you is of big size but not of exceptional size. This is due to reason that product size is also big. The two-roll crusher may have roll size around dia 2 m x 1.8 m length. Please note that this is just approximation as it depends on the actual characteristics of the overburden.
You can contact owners and suppliers for lignite open cast mines and coal mines, to know about the possible suppliers.
As a rule, I do not indicate the name of suppliers in forum. However, as I know, a German company has supplied few units of two-roll crusher for crushing overburden in Thailand, for capacity more than 3000 mtph each.

What is the special need that you asking for Twin Roller??
If you really need one, we can supply you our double roll crusher for overburden which we deliverd to Thailand some years ago.
As you know we produce crushers since more than 50 years and we are specialized in crushing coal. We produced more than 5.000 machines so far.

We have an application in Thailand where we deliverd a dounble roll crusher for overburden.
The dimension of the crusher is 1400 x 2200 mm and the used capacity is 2.100TPH.
The machine was installed in 1997.
