Well, Croatian mining (quarrying) law regulation are quite confusing and practically non implement in real sector. Because that Ministry of Economy formed working group which writing a new Mining (Quarrying) law. I would like to know experiences of other country. Did you have same problems? Do you have mining or quarrying fee? How much is it and how it is calculated? In Croatia, we have two mining fees: for excavate quantities and for area of exploatation field.
Actually, I would like to introduce mining law regulation (basic) of other countries world wide and that will be very helpfully for our new Mining law.
