Dear Sir,

I am looking for the movable head discharge arrangement for the Tunnel conveyor to feed into 2 conveyors. In india who are all expert such type of system.

Whether the tension and additional space for the pulley will affect the performace of the conveyor.

In india, any where installed such type.

In my experience with the Channel Tunnel set up,the TBM requires a traveling feed point to accept and deposit spoil from the advancing heading. This is also the case for most mining face working operations. Discharge is either fixed or periodically relocated as the strike progresses. TBM advance requires conveyors for the supply and placement of liners, inverts and grout but none of those fall into the category of discharging conveyors in your context.

Kindly explain your quest in more detail: even if it is clearly directed at Indian experts.

If you are backfilling you simply carry dirt on the bottom strand and drop it off somewhere conveniently distant from the gobside. You still have an extendable tail end.

"Whether the tension and additional space affects the performance" is suggesting that you really need plenty of specialised help. Either a conveyor performs or it doesn't! On the other side of the coin...How much space have you got?

Dear Karthik,

If you only wants manufacturers of Movable discharge pulley to discharge into either one of of the receiving conveyor, I have come across such installations

in India executed by M/S Larsen and Toubro. They are working satisfactory also. You may contact L&T ECC at Chennai.

Rgds,

Nalinakshan.
