Hello Sir,

If you are looking for help modifying your drum dryers to further dry your product, we may not be able to help you. However, if you would like to expand your drying capability, we would like to help you dry your cake using "HOLO-flo" Screw Dryers. We invite you to visit our website at www.holo-flo.com and it will help you understand the screw drying concept.

If you have any further question, please send me an email at n.nicdao@holo-flo.com.

Iron ore concentrate is too heavy for a rotary filter. Much of the accreted layer will fall back into the trough as the rotor tries to lift it. Cloth surface will be uncovered and the air will rush in through the voids or thinned regions.

If you speed up the rotor there will be less chance to form the heavy thick layer which is presently falling off.
