How to prevent corrosion in pipes

HI,

We are collecting fumed silica by centralized vacuum system,

The pipes(MOC:SS304) are getting rusted with in a month due to high corrosive property of fumed silica.

I want to know how to avoid corrosion of pipe,.

Is there any special coating available, pls guide me. ■

what is the type equipment create fume?

what is the temperature of gas?

what is the acid dew point of gas? ■

Hi,

What will be the Maximum transfer rate through vacuum.

Is it possible to transfer 100 Tons of material from ground to 5m height silo...

I just want to know whether it is possible or not and how much Maximum material can be transferred with vacuum application ■
