After a record of construction period of only 6 months AVA just now moved into the new building in the industrial area of Herrsching, Bavaria. The modern, energy efficient wooden system of construction made this short building period possible. The specialist for industrial mixing and drying technology had to invest in this property because of the increasing staff and the continuing success of the company AVA. Guido Beckert from Schongau is responsible for the innovative and visual attractive design. The both separate wings of the building are connected with a glazed, light-flooded courtyard, which opens in the back to a modern Caf with outside terrace. In one of the both wings the office space is located, in the other the technical area, that now enables the separate presentation of horizontal and vertical technology. The interested customer can watch life-demonstration of mixing and drying tests through the installed webcams. Within the whole building there was a focus on flexibility and mobility. An open office concept as well as movable furniture, mobile phones and modern network technology enables to build new flexible project teams at any time. On the other hand there are multiple places within the new building that offers space to retire for intensive concentration and reflection or for creative breaks at the table soccer. Thanks to the full activity of the whole AVA Team the move from the old to the new building has been carried out within only one weekend without any disturbance of business operations. Through this expansion AVA as well initiates the development of the future and is present for new challenges. The target is the further enlargement of the delivery range apart standard designs, to get even more individual solutions for customer specific applications.
