What are:
Ball Mill kW, Press kW, Product fineness (Blaine), present throughput, Feed mix (%clinker, gypsum, additives)?
Which plant is it?

We are having a similar mill but having 2 separators. feed rate is 150t/h and power comes around 32 Kwh/MT of cement ■

hi
just asking if anyone of you experince or seeing any cement grinding plant with rollers and 100% rollers output after disagglomeration straight feeding to the tube mill as finish grinding.
the flow is as follow;
1) 100% feeding to rollers press
2) 100% rollers press output go to disagglomerator
3) after disagglomerator 100% go to tube mill for further grinding
4) at tube mill, with separator and collecting bag filter to cement silo (Closed circuit) -tube mill first chember charge with bigger ball eg 60-80mm balls.
at roller side, open circuit no separator and at tube mill side closed circuit with separator.
just want to know the feeding in term of MT/hr, the power
any idea, input from you are welcome
