Measurement bulk density of crumb, croutons

My name is Iliassafov Lubov.I am Student at Technion , Haifa, Israel, Facultet of Ingeneering Biotechnology and Food . I have to do a research work on studying properties of breading (croutons, crumbs) from coated prefried food.

I read through your article "Bulk powder density", which I found very interesting, and I was wondering if you could give me some piece of advice or give me some references about the density of crumb, croutons after frying.
