we have a ball mill with two chambers, the outlet of the mill ends in an uptake to the classifier.
we are planning to change the use of this mill.
In the new situation we have the next proccess:
the feeding into the hopper is about 180mu product and then we have the feeding of the return product of the classifier, which goes back to the hopper. we want to feed the mill by the hopper. hopper will be filled throught the uptake of the classifier.
the final product is 45mu seperated by the classifier.

we only want to feed the hopper during 16 hours, the mill keeps running for 24 hours.
I wonder what parameters do change when the feeding size of product into the mill diminisch during the day from 180mu to 45 mu.
what effect does it have to the classifier, must settings of the classifier changed constantly?
