K-Tron To Exhibit a Choice of Premier Pneumatics vacuum receivers at PPMA
(Niederlenz/Switzerland July 7, 2008)— The K-Tron Process Group will show a choice of Premier Pneumatics vacuum receivers at Hall 5, stand A60 at PPMA show 2008. The K-Tron P-series vacuum receivers feature sanitary design and meet the 3-A Sanitary Standard for Pneumatic Conveyors. The receivers are designed to convey delicate materials such as tablets and capsules as well as free flowing to poorly flowing powders. K-Tron Premier Pneumatics equipment has been installed successfully throughout the food industy including in snack, bakery, cereal and confectionary applications.
Three models of P-Series vacuum conveyors include the P10 conveying up to 600 kg/hr, the P30 conveying up to 3960 1800 kg/hr and the P100 for up to 4000 kg/hr. The K-Tron P-series can be used for simple “up and in” systems or engineered for larger, central continuous conveying systems.
The K-Tron booth will feature the new multiple feeder/single line operator interface for the KCM. K-Vision, as the new feeder operator interface is called, will feature multi-language support, including Chinese, and a selectable quad screen feature.
K-Tron’s Smart Weigh Belt (SWB-300) model will be exhibited as well as a KT20 pharma feeder and the BSP 135 of the Bulk Solids Pump feeder line.
