Hi , we as trading company are loading from Nizhnekamsk (423574) non-Imo Bulk cargoes via Iso Tankers to Germany and Italy, and need more alternative transporters speciliazed in this carriage (like Hoyer, UTT, votg, Stolt Nielsen) But our main concern is that the transporter should have ongoing carriage from Europe to Russia so that unloaded iso tankers can be used by us to load cargo again to Europe.By this way we would like to use competitive price advantage of the transport company .Transporters contact details will be really appreciated .
