Service spotlight: First service engineers ready to work with bulk equipment
It is MacGREGOR’s goal to train service engineers to be able to assist its Bulk Handling division in the same way as they take care of the company’s equipment from well-established divisions. The first milestone in this plan has now been reached, as the training course for Bulk service engineers working with self-unloaders and gravity-type equipment was completed in February.
The four-day classroom training session took place in MacGREGOR’s Dubai office, and the participants were: Valentin Gheorghe from Dubai (UAE), Arasa Ashwith from Abu Dhabi (UAE), David Young from Norfolk (USA), Steven Clarke from Portsmouth (UK) and Thomas Kock Andersen from Copenhagen (Denmark). The group was trained by Vesa Peurakari and Fredrik Andersson from MacGREGOR Bulk, Sweden.
