I Have seen your mail in this forum.Now frankely speaking ,if the cement is set/jammed inside the silo,it is very difficult to remove the same but ,in inverted cone silo if the jamming is 15% i can not take this,as per the original I BAU,HAMBURG design,inverted cone silos are designed for 100% discharge,so there should be some problem with the open air slide system inside the silo or in the design which has to be studied. I know your site and visited the same 6 times, I have got the honour of working with late mr. khaitan.
If your goodself needs, I can visit the plant and give you the sugestions.Please note that I have designed more them 50 silo feeding and extraction systems in INDIA and also been to I BAU HAMBURG for the same.

we have five nos. of cement silo,
silo 1: flat bottom, 16 mts dia*38 mts storage height: 9000MT capacity.
silo 2: flat bottom, 16 mts dia*38 mts storage height: 9000MT capacity.
silo 3: flat bottom, 12 mts dia*18 mts storage height: 2500MT capacity.
silo 4: inverted cone bottom, 16 mts dia*40 mts storage height: 10000MT capacity.
silo 5: inverted cone bottom, 16 mts dia*40 mts storage height: 10000MT capacity.
we are facing extraction problem from silo, due to approx. 15-20% set cement is there inside silos.
