MEYPACK bag closing machines from Schenefeld / Germany present at INTERPACK April 2005 – stand 14 E15

The sack closing experts of MEYPACK / Germany will demonstrate state-of-the-art bag closing technique at the coming INTERPACK

On show is the latest development of the popular bag closer series FTS. A special short-version of the FTS-B for milling plants is presented to the public for the first time.

To begin with, “short” concerns the head space of the closed bags, which is considerably shorter at the B-versions (B = belt) and allows more compact bags. As there is very often lack of space in mills, bag closers must not be too long. This regarded, there is the possibility to modify existing bagging lines for this consumer-friendly bag closure. A rising demand for bag closers of the FTS-series is expected in the food industry, mainly for mass produced goods like flour. In this market are sewn bags or valve bags in widespread use for the time being, which doesn’t fulfil the latest hygienic needs. Of course, the machine on show – the MEYPACK FTS-B - is also suitable for other industries.

The experts at the fair also give information on all the other bag closer series with pleasure.
