The unit is build up of a heavy steel structure with an integrated lifting construction/platform on which the pallet has to be placed by a forklift. In the filling pipe a double pipe section is provided with internal cone parts so during filling the air exhaust ( air compensation ) will take place by means of this system. At the outside pipe is for air exhaust a flange connection is provided, complete with DIN-flange. In the lifting/positioning frame 4 pcs. load cells can be mounted.

This machine lifts the pallet with FIBC to a for the operator favourable height.
The pallet is being put on the table by a forklift truck / or the operator manually. A hydraulic generator drives a cylinder that generates the vertical movement via an integrated chain transmission.

*VIBRATING PLATFORM FOR COMPACTING OF CONTENTS
In this station the pallet with Big-Bag shall be placed on an frame construction which is mounted on special spring blades, and on which an unbalanced vibrator-motor is provided, so during filling the whole Big-Bag can be vibrated in order to compact the product contents.
*INFLATABLE RING
for dust tight connection of inlet.
Around the filling pipe an inflatable ring is mounted to connect the inlet sleeve of the Big-Bag.
*AUTOMATIC HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT OF THE CONNECTION CLAMPS
The height adjustment will be by means of heavy pneumatic cylinders for easy connection of lifting lugs. The minimum and maximum position will be guarded by proximity switches. The 4 pcs. of connection clamps for the lugs of the Big-Bag are adjustable in height, the lifting lugs have to be removed manually ( for quick exchange of Big-Bag/just for tension force ).
*INJECTION SYSTEM FOR AIR-PURGE
For the filling and the in shape blowing of the Big-Bag and the inliner this system will be built in. The system consists of 1 pcs. of fan. This way the Big-Bag will be filled with air before starting the filling procedure. Complete with operating switches/buttons and 2 pcs. of butterfly (shut-off) valves (purge/suction-exhaust during filling). (Dust filter excluded).
*AUTOMATIC HOOK/LUGS DISCHARGE
for easy removal of Big-Bag.
For easy output/removal of filled Big-Bag this device will be integrated in the unit. Provided with 4 pcs. of heavy cylinders and easy connection clamps for fixation of the 4 pcs. of lugs.
*HOOK GUIDING SYTEM
With this system the two hooks at the back of filling unit will move automatically towards the operator for ergonomic and easy connections and reach of 2 pcs. of lugs at the back of big-bag.
