Work History:
Roberts & Schaefer Australia – Director General Manager: Responsible for the organisational direction and management of the office, providing technical, marketing, and administrative guidance for all phases of engineering and construction. Responsible for customer contacts and relations, as well as contract negotiations nationwide.
Drummond Coal – Sr. Project Engineer: Responsible for day to day process plant monitoring and system performance. Responsible for assisting in developing capital projects in the United States and in Colombia, S.A. including a new ROM coal receiving hopper, crushing, and batch weigh train loadout at the mine location. The project included new port facility expansion to upgrade the rate to 4,000 MTPH with dual car dumping, storage, reclaim, and continuous loading of 4,000 tonne Gulf barges bound for deep water transfer ships.
Roberts & Schaefer Company - Regional Manager: Responsible for customer contacts and relations, as well as contract negotiations. Consulting with process and proposal engineers, estimators, and customers to develop conceptual designs and assist in the preparation of marketing and sales presentations. Additionally, pursued engineering specialty in equipment selection, process design, control and instrumentation design and P&ID development.
McNally Systems, Inc.- Regional Sales Manager: Manager involved in customer contacts and relations, consulting with engineers and estimators to develop conceptual designs to meet customers needs. Involved with the finalisation of contracts.
McNally Pittsburg, Inc. – Manager of Proposal Engineering: Engaged in all aspects of coal washability evaluation, economic comparisons of available process systems, development of process flow diagrams and conceptual design layouts, sales effort, plant start-up, and commissioning. Interfaced with clients for project communications.
Mead Paper Corporation – Project Design Coordinator: Provided engineering liaison for engineering disciplines to assure timely and quality completion of capital projects for a major paper making company.
McNally Pittsburg Manufacturing Corporation – Project DraftsmanDesigner: Responsible for the preparation of engineering drawings for equipment fabrication, concrete foundations, mechanical components, electrical, structural steel. Majority of these projects were related to coal washing and material handling facilities.
