One of our Clients is intending to start a project for Revamping gates of Clinker Silos . The worke scope of this project is as the following:
MECHANICAL WORK:
1-Dismantling the existing 6 gates on clinker silo-3, 4 gates on each of clinker silo-1 and 2 (Labor and Tools will be provided by the Contractor).
2-Installing the New weight percent gates for the clinker silos (Design, Material, Labor and Tools will be provided by the Contractor).
ELECTRICAL WORK:
1.Cables installation should meet Lafarge specifications. (supply, labor and tools will be provided by contractor. (JCF will supply one main circuit breaker for the units, but the supplier should provide a separate circuit breaker for each unit)
2.Visible cutoff switch (VCS) should be included on each motor.
3.Control cable should be connected from the units to the PLC ( ABB AC800). (Supply, labor & tools will be provided by contractor- JCF will integrate to our existing PLC program)
4.In case a cable tray is needed, the supplier should provide & install a vertical cable tray.
5.Motors should be selected according to Lafarge standards.
6.Power consumption must be defined by the supplier.
