Several options:

natural frequency problem, if driven by v-belt could be belt misalingment, check spring heights and material distribution to the screen.

The sheaves must be parallel and you need to get someone to get an impact test done on the screen. If you can't find anyone let me know and I would get you a contact in India to talk to.

Have you contacted Earth Technica and had them review your installation and the problem?

I would start there first.

Excess Vibration On Drive Side

another possibility is to check that all four corners of the screen are the same height, corner to corner to corner. Must be level or excess vibration can result.

Suggest to do a transom check to verify exact level of vibrating body. Level or shim as needed.

Ensure motor rotation is correct. Possible motor could be climbing the vbelts, seen many times before and falling.....and this causes excessive vibration.

Is this a PIVOT TYPE MOTOR BASE? ensure setup is correct.

All new coil springs now or OLD with new ones.....when changing should change all at same time to ensure levelness, even body vibration.
