Owners warrant that the vessel is:

- Singledeck/self-trimming bulkcarrier and does not have any

centerline bulk head or centreline beam and is free from any

obstructions in vessel's holds and hatchways

- Fully suitable for grab discharge

- To be fully P&I covered throughout the duration of the voyage by a

member of the the International Group of P&I Clubs, or other

acceptable P&I club as agreed on a case by case basis

- To be actual class equivalent to Lloyds A1 with full I.A.C.S.

membership

- Subject to Charterers vetting approval which not to be unreasonably

withheld
