Mechanical alloying

Gentlemen.

I want to describe to you about the new step in the development of the technology of mechanical alloying.

On our information this technology is used for the first time in the world practice.

During one year at the mill PCM50-“nano”- we carry out the mechanical synthesis of the composite Fe-Ni-Co-Cu.

Synthesis occurs in the inert gas.

Synthesis occurs with the continuous feed of source materials.

Finished material has a hardness 100 HRB after extrusion and sinterings at a temperature 700 of degree Celsiuss.

Composite adapts as matrix for the retention of diamond grains.

Today more than 2000 kg of composite it is obtained.

Gentlemen.

Let's see a short video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMReGY6sUc

(0.10 - 0.30) Shutdown cooling water. The shutdown of the mill. Off aspiration.

(0.30) Removal of tank with the powder. Installing an empty tank.

(1.43) The inclusion of aspiration.

(1.58 - 2.20) The start of the mill.

(2.07) The start cooling water.

(2.20) The start of the feeder of the source material.

Sorry for the low quality of the video.
