Re: Pilot Plant For Dry Gcc
Good Day
There is a US based company called BLVT in pennsylvania who gets involved in grinding plants and classification on both large as well as small scales.
Suggest you contact Gerry Labelle at 1-610-434-5191

Gcc Processing
We supply kaolin beads for high whiteness grades and a bauxite grinding media for filler grade GCC. Notoriously difficult to size up from lab scale to production scale in most respects ■

Gcc (Table-Top System)
Hello Craig,
I do not know if this is far too late to satisfy your need for a table top lab system, but I am able to offer you exactly what you are looking fro in terms of size and efficiency. We, at Classifier Milling Systems are industry leading size reduction specialists. We have proven projects currently running all over the world including Mexico, China, Brazil, and the US. Not only are we able to accommodate large factory sized systems, we also specialize in laboratory table-top mills, which are a quick clean design and do not take up much space at all. I would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you, leading to a formal proposal including full details, if you have not already satisfied your needs. Please email me and let me know if you would like more information regarding our table top systems, or anything else regarding our company and technology.
Our website is located at www.cms-can.com, and you can reach me anytime via email at mdtoman@gmail.com.
Kind regards,

Pilot Plant for Dry GCC
Good Day everyone,,
I am attempting to set a Dry Ground Calcium Pilot Plant for our laboratory. We have some potential in Jamaica for the production of Ground Calcium Carbonate but we would like to develop a process engineering testbed (pilot plant) for the production and testing of GCC (specifically Nano carbonates).
I have observed and seen some large scale dry grinding and air classification systems on the market but what we would really like is a small system just for laboratory use.
Does anyone have any idea who I may be able to contact and of course what kind of costs I am looking at to set up a small laboratory based plant and what type of equipment should be included to develop such a pilot plant
Thanks
Craig ■
