About Dragan Komljenovic

Ph.D., P.Eng. earned his degrees B.Sc. at the University of Tuzla, M.Sc at the University of Belgrade (Yugoslavia), and Ph.D. at the Laval University (Quebec City, Canada) in Mining Engineering. His research interests focus on reliability, maintenance optimization, operational research and surface mining. He works as Reliability Engineer with Hydro-Quebec. He is also appointed as Adjunct Professor at University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières (Reliability Engineering), Laval University in Quebec City (Mining Engineering, Surface Mining), and University of Waterloo (Life Cycle Management of Nuclear Engineering Systems), where he is involved in several research projects. Prior to his work at Hydro-Québec, he worked in mining industry as well as researcher and university-teacher at the University of Tuzla and at the Laval University. He is the member of Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, Society of Reliability Engineers and Canadian Nuclear Society.
