Born Sept. 2, 1965 in Cavite City Cavite Philippines.
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering
Presently Occupies a Department Head Position - Flourmill Department, Monde Nissin Corporation. Primary responsibilities includes management and operation and maintenance of a 240 ton per day mill and a fully computerized flour distribution system.
Know-how and experience:
Six years expirience in field of bulk handling of powdery products specifically flour and sugar. Also, expirience in flour milling specially in the field of peritec mills (Debranning process).
