His expertise is in mix plant & bakery design. He has been personally involved in designing & furnishing bulk flour and sugar systems and conveying and mixing equipment for over 200 bakeries. He has also been involved in designing and planning over 50 mix plants including equipment building layout, process design, and control automation.
