Dülmen, Germany & Wedel, Germany – The JOEST group, based in Duelmen, Germany a worldwide leading supplier of machines and solutions for bulk material handling with over 1000 employees, is taking over Mogensen GmbH & Co. KG in Wedel, as well as Fredrik Mogensen AB based in Hjo, Sweden, and Allgaier Mogensen S.L.U. in Madrid.
